How to Mix Beta Glucan

Many people ask why I market the product as a pure powder that you must mix in water.

Some people say they cannot stand the taste of the product which tastes like dirt or is bitter.

The main answer is that beta glucan is expensive and is a VERY precise product.  If you take to much you just waste it and if you do not take enough your immune system will not be at peak performance.

By placing it in water you can completely control the concentration to the exact amount you need for your body weight. (Most beta glucan cannot be put in water because it will no longer pass through the wall of the small intestine.)

So what is the answer for people with the challenge of taste?  Mix it in anything including baking, soups, sprinkle it on salads, make brownies, cookies, cake, bread, put in virtually any juice or powdered product.  You can bake with it up to 550 degrees without hurting the product.

As example if you bake brownies, mix a full package and cut it into 30 pieces.  Now take one brownie a day.  This is perfect for a 150 pound person daily dose.  Cut the brownies in half and you have a serving a day for two months for a 75 pound person.  You can cut the brownies to any weight needed.

You can also put it in your makeup, put it directly on cuts, rashes and sores.  In fact many companies put it in beauty products.  It works to help burns by putting the powder directly on the burn.
